RUN TO RACE. RUN FOR FUN. RUN FOR THE FOREST.
GET READY TO PERSEVERE
PERSEVERANCE TRAIL RUN OCT 30, 2022
We are excited to welcome you back to the 19th Annual Perseverance Trail Run in Cumberland, B.C.!
The goal of this year’s event is once again to raise funds for the Cumberland Community Forest Society, promote community connection, physical activity and nature conservation.
What’s it like out there? What was the fastest time last year? Where can I stay? Can I really win donuts for the best prize? All these questions and more can be answered here.
Cumberland Community Forest Society
The Cumberland Community Forest Society is a community based organization that has been raising funds to purchase and protect local forests for recreational, ecological and climate adaptation values. Their work has ensured the protection of over 270 acres of beautiful forests surrounding the Village of Cumberland, and they are not done yet. The annual Perseverance Trail Run is a great way to support this local cause and ensure even more forests are protected for the future.
Need to know where to run? Check out our race maps on Strava, Trail Forks and our maps page. Detailed descriptions and printable maps mean you can’t get lost right?!?
Become a Sponsor
Local sponsorship is critical to our being able to raise donations for the Cumberland Community Forest Society. Plus the racers love the fabulous prizes and supporting those businesses throughout the year. When you invest in a Perseverance Trail Run sponsorship, you invest in the community around you: the people, the landscape, the recreation in the Comox Valley.
The Perseverance Trail Run is organized and supported entirely by volunteers. Volunteering is a great way to get to experience our event and give back to the community.
